We're posting this on St. Patrick's Day to help everyone out (and yes, as usual, this is gluten free) with a quickie on how to make an awesome Irish meal, a little twist but still the same. Corned Beef- It comes ready to go (just check for the gluten free label if you're that sort). Take it out of the package and sit it in your crock pot. Rub the little seasoning packet over the top (fat side up please). Cover in beef stock or water until cover. Set on high if you need it by lunch, low for dinner....

Let's do it a little different and make flourless chocolate cupcakes! I promise these are amazing and will be a hit with kids and adults alike! Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. I think the ingredients in this sound like a terrible combo! But trust me, this is wonderful! Another dip that is good warm or cold... I think cold is better. You'd better double this recipe! This is great warm or cold. We usually serve it cold, but if you're a fan of hot dips, just pop it in your oven for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees, top with cheddar cheese for the last 5 minutes!
