I think the ingredients in this sound like a terrible combo! But trust me, this is wonderful! Another dip that is good warm or cold... I think cold is better. You'd better double this recipe! And, yes... gluten free! This is great warm or cold. We usually serve it cold, but if you're a fan of hot dips, just pop it in your oven for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees, top with cheddar cheese for the last 5 minutes!
