Chocolate Pistachio Bundt Cake (gluten free)
Posted by Ingrid Fehr on
Thh This recipe came from my Mom back in the 70's! It's moist and delicious and has a beautiful green tint perfect for St. Patrick's Day! I put ganache over mine, but a little powdered sugar is great too! This link will show you the video on making the cake: https://www.ozarksfirst.com/ozarks-fox-am/pistachio-chocolate-bundt-cake

Ingredients: 8oz (one brick) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/4 t peppermint extract 8 oz container cool whip 1 cup crushed candy canes (or pick a candy you like) 1/4 cup chopped or mini dark chocolate chips Instructions: Using a stand mixer or food processor, beat the cream cheese until smooth add sugar...
