Gluten Free Pralines

Ingredients:
1.5 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1.5 cups pecan halves
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
In a large, microwave safe bowl, combine sugar, cream, salt, butter and pecans.
Microwave 5 minutes on high, stirring once. Mixture should be bubbly. If not combined and bubbly, microwave 1 additional minute at a time.
Let rest 1 minute.
Stir in vanilla and continue to stir 3 minutes more.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper.
If mixture is too runny, allow to cool 30 seconds more and try again.)
