OFTO Gluten Free Ham Spread

This is great warm or cold. We usually serve it cold, but if you're a fan of hot dips, just pop it in your oven for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees, top with cheddar cheese for the last 5 minutes!

These ingredients can contain gluten, so just check to make sure you pick g.f. options!

2 cups cooked ham (make sure it's really good ham, trim some of the fat, and make sure it's gluten free)

1- 8 oz brick of cream cheese (we use full fat)

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup relish or piccalilli

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (swiss is great too)

Hot sauce to taste.

Blend the cream cheese, mayo and relish together in your blending device of choice. A food processor, ninja blender or stand mixer will all do.

Add the shredded cheese until well blended 

Add the ham and blend to your desired consistency. We like a little chunky.

Chill or warm.

Serve with crackers, great as a sandwich, delish on g.f. waffles too!
